Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern wireless plans and related services offered under the CallSign Mobile brand. They supplement the plan, order, activation, device, promotion, and carrier terms shown to you at purchase or in the CallSign Mobile app. If specific service terms conflict with these general terms, the specific terms control for that service.

Service and coverage

Wireless service is provided using third-party network infrastructure and is subject to network availability, coverage, device compatibility, capacity, maintenance, and applicable provider policies. Coverage maps are estimates, and service is not available everywhere. Speeds and performance vary and may be affected by congestion, prioritization, location, device, plan limits, and network management.

Plans, billing, and taxes

Current plan features, recurring charges, billing frequency, data allotments, promotional pricing, taxes, fees, and renewal terms are disclosed during enrollment. You authorize the payment method you provide to be charged as disclosed. You are responsible for keeping billing and contact information current. Promotions may have additional eligibility and expiration rules and generally may not be combined unless stated otherwise.

Activation, devices, and phone numbers

You are responsible for using a compatible, unlocked device and for following activation and number-transfer instructions. A requested number transfer may fail or be delayed if information is inaccurate or the prior provider does not release the number. We cannot guarantee that a particular number or CallSign will be available or retained in every circumstance.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, to threaten or harass others, to interfere with networks or systems, or in a way that violates applicable network or provider policies. We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend, or terminate service when reasonably necessary to protect users, networks, or legal rights.

Changes, cancellation, and termination

You may cancel as described in the app or applicable purchase flow. Unless a specific offer says otherwise or law requires it, fees already incurred are nonrefundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the applicable paid period. We may change plans or these terms with notice required by law and may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, fraud, misuse, or material breach.

Emergency communications

Mobile service, including emergency calling, may be unavailable during power failures, network outages, lack of coverage, device failure, or other disruptions. Location information supplied to emergency responders may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on wireless service as your only means of emergency communication.

Warranty disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular speed or coverage level. CallSign Mobile and its affiliates and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.
