These Terms of Use govern access to websites, applications, coverage tools, promotions, and other digital experiences operated by CallSign Mobile Inc. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You may use our digital experiences only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy them at scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use them to violate another person’s rights.

Accounts and submissions

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping credentials secure. Information you submit must be accurate and must not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us permission to use submissions as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any specific terms presented when you submit them.

Intellectual property

The sites and their text, artwork, logos, audio, video, software, design, and other content are owned by CallSign Mobile or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the sites as intended; they do not transfer ownership. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Coverage, pricing, and third-party content

Coverage maps and estimates are informational and do not guarantee service at a particular location. Actual service varies by device, network conditions, terrain, structures, congestion, and other factors. Prices, offers, availability, and site content may change. Links and third-party content are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party services and their terms may apply.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the sites are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. CallSign Mobile and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the sites. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Changes, suspension, and governing law

We may update these terms, change or discontinue features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or enforce these terms. Updated terms apply when posted, unless law requires otherwise. These terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
