A callsign is not a name you pick for yourself. Some are earned. Some come with the job. Either way it is given to you, and once you have it, that is who you are on the net.
It is the shortest possible answer to the question of who you are and whether you can be counted on.
Then you get out, and nobody calls you that anymore.
CallSign is built around getting that back. Every member claims their callsign. It is the identity on the account, and behind it is a network of people who understand what the word means.

CallSign was built by people who have served, who have deployed, and who have lived the experiences that shaped this community.
The people making the decisions here carried a radio or a rifle first. That is where we came from.
Adam and Charlie met at Fort Rucker and then spent two years at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, sharing a desk, a cockpit and briefing duties, preparing attack and reconnaissance units before those units deployed to combat.
This is not a mission looking for a business model. It is operators who know how to ship, building something they wanted to exist.

The phone is the first line to benefits, to employment, to crisis support, and to community. When a Veteran loses signal, the system loses the Veteran.
CallSign exists to make the most everyday utility in American life carry the mission.

Your community already pays for wireless every month. More than twenty billion dollars a year in Veteran and military connected household wireless spend, with zero loyalty to any provider and zero value to the mission. A bill, not a signal.
We redirect the behavior, not the budget. No new donation ask, and nobody is asked to give anything up.
The ask is not generosity. It is a decision about where existing dollars already go.

How It Works
Every line on the network is a member, and every member gets a callsign.

Share your callsign and every line that comes in behind it comes back as credit on your bill. Nothing to apply for, nothing to sign.
AFFILIATE
Want to be paid rather than credited? Apply to the Signal Relay Program. You need a plan and a callsign of your own, because you cannot recommend a network you are not on. We onboard you, and your callsign becomes your link.
AMBASSADOR
Selected, not open. Commissioned film work, launch and event access, a founding designation with your number, first claim on your callsign, a direct line to the founders, and the Command Post.
You do not need us to say yes to start. Get on the network and your callsign starts working. Ambassadors are drawn from people who are already producing, and we will find you.

Signal Impact Fund
One dollar per line, every month, to the Signal Impact Fund, to be deployed to programs that help heal, connect, and build the Veteran community.
A fixed dollar, not a percentage nobody outside the company can check. It is built into the plan economics line by line, accruing from the first subscriber rather than pledged after the fact.
The Fund is led by the founders and guided by a hand selected board of Impact Advisors: people who live the S.I.G.N.A.L. values and are already leading change, serving and supporting the Veteran community.

Connect
Peer community, events and belonging. The antidote to the quiet after service.
Build
Entrepreneurship, mentorship and advocacy. Veterans as leaders, founders and advocates rather than a demographic.
If something does not heal, connect or build, we hold it.
The Fund accrues now and deploys in 2027. Governance comes first, and we would rather deploy well than deploy fast. We will report a single verifiable annual figure the community can check.

Too often this community gets treated as a demographic to market to rather than the leaders they are. If you wore the uniform, this is your network. That framing does not bend.

We hand you facts and assets, never a script. Your voice stays yours. If a post would only exist because of a paycheck, we do not want the post.
Nothing gets published that you have not seen. Approval comes before posting, and you can withdraw at any point.
We will not run paid advertising using your likeness without asking you first, separately, every time.
We take no political positions as a company, and we will not put your name or your face anywhere that reads as one.
And one thing we will always do. We measure. Every callsign link is tracked, because that is how we know what is working and who to bring in closer. Ambassadors see the same numbers we do, on the same screen, in real time. We keep score in the open rather than behind a curtain.
