Peter Adderton is the Founder and CEO of MobileX, a wireless carrier built to give consumers greater choice and cost control. With MobileX, he introduced an individually customized wireless plan powered by artificial intelligence.

For more than two decades, Peter has challenged the wireless industry to make mobile service more affordable and accessible. He founded Boost Mobile in Australia in 2000 and expanded the brand into New Zealand, Canada, and the United States, helping it grow into one of the world’s most recognized youth wireless brands.

In 2011, Peter co-founded Mandalay Digital, now Digital Turbine, and helped grow it into a publicly traded technology company whose platform has been adopted by mobile operators and device manufacturers around the world.

He also founded Amp’d Mobile, pioneering the concept of a wireless carrier as a mobile entertainment company. Peter continues his legacy of consumer advocacy and category-defining innovation through MobileX.

Lt. Col. (Ret.) Joe Barnard spent several decades in the Department of Defense performing and leading rescue operations as both an enlisted Pararescueman and Combat Rescue Officer, commanding three units before retiring in 2016.

He later served in civilian leadership roles as a COO and Executive Director, experiences that strengthened his approach to building teams and calmly and deliberately solving problems.

A proud husband of 35 years and father of two young adult men, Joe is a student of Stoicism and Eastern philosophies, lover of all things STEM, and lifelong adventurer. Today, he and his wife, Meghan, focus their time on volunteering and supporting special operations couples and families in staying together and thriving.

Isaac C. Gilmore is a Partner at OS Projects, a consulting firm focused on the health technology, government technology, and foreign policy ecosystems.

A former United States Navy SEAL, Isaac served on multiple combat deployments around the world in roles including medic, sniper, and intelligence head. His broader career spans the Department of Defense, international relations, finance, and consumer manufacturing, sales, and distribution.

Isaac previously served as Chief Growth Officer at TREAT California, an initiative working to establish a $5 billion state agency supporting research, clinical trials, and care in psychedelic-assisted therapy and other novel therapeutics.

He also serves on the Concordia Summit Advisory Council and is a member of the Veteran Mental Health Leadership Coalition, bringing operational experience and cross-sector perspective to initiatives focused on health, policy, and veterans.

Prime Hall is a human performance enthusiast and water enthusiast. He served 12 years in the military as a Marine Raider and water survival instructor. He is a graduate of the USC Executive MBA Program and the San Diego Sports Innovators Program.

Prime has a passion for coaching people at every skill level to unlock results and break through glass ceilings. He works with athletes across sports including the UFC, World Surf League, NFL, and the Olympics, as well as CEOs and aspiring military candidates.

Drawing on his experience in special operations and coaching elite athletes, Prime helps others unlock their highest potential through the F.R.E.E. operating system: Focus, Relaxation, Economy of Motion, and Efficient Breathing. He uses this merit-based system to promote growth, self-actualization, and self-realization.

Waco Hoover is an entrepreneur and investor with more than 20 years of experience in media, technology, health care, live events, and venture capital. He is the CEO and Founder of IMPCT Group, a brand strategy and advisory agency that helps organizations deliver outcome-driven impact strategies for the military community.

He serves as Chair for The American Legion’s Be the One platform, focused on mental health and preventing veteran suicide, and is a founder and partner of MCON. He has advised global brands including MGM Resorts, Hanks For Troops, Informa, the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation, Vivendi, and Las Vegas Sands Corp.

Waco served in the U.S. Marine Corps, graduated cum laude from New York University, and completed Harvard Business School executive education programs. He lives in Southern California with his wife, two sons, and two yellow labs. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, diving, and mountaineering.

Born in Chicago, Tim Jensen is a decorated Marine Corps veteran and the Chief Strategy Officer of Grunt Style LLC.

Following the September 11 attacks, Tim deployed to Iraq’s Triangle of Death with the 2nd Battalion, 24th Marines. His service earned him the Combat Action Ribbon and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.

Today, Tim is a prominent advocate for veterans and a contributor to American Grit. His work reflects Grunt Style’s commitment to pride in self, military, and country.

Born and raised in Texas, Marcus Luttrell attended Sam Houston State University with his twin brother, Morgan. He began preparing for military service as a teenager and developed a lifelong foundation in martial arts, hunting, and the outdoors.

Marcus joined the United States Navy in 1999 and completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training in Coronado, California. He qualified as an 18 Delta special operations combat medic in 2001 and later completed an additional deployment before being medically retired.

Following his military career, Marcus became an author and public speaker. His books include Lone Survivor and Service, which honor service members and share lessons about duty, perseverance, and the bonds formed in uniform.

Marcus founded the Lone Survivor Foundation in 2010 and has remained closely involved with the Boot Campaign. Through his writing, speaking, and nonprofit work, he continues to advocate for veterans and their families.

Neil Markey served as a U.S. Army Ranger and Captain, leading soldiers through three combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.

After leaving the service, he advised global organizations as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and later worked in private equity before turning his focus to mental health and human flourishing.

Today, Neil is the Co-Founder and CEO of Beckley Retreats, a public benefit corporation running legal psilocybin retreat programs in Jamaica and the Netherlands that pair guided experiences with weeks of structured preparation and integration.

A certified MBSR teacher, he is also a part-time MPH candidate at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where his research examines the safety and efficacy of Beckley’s programs. His work sits at the intersection of contemplative practice and modern science, building an evidence-based path for people seeking lasting change.

Sally Roberts is a leader, State Department sports diplomat, entrepreneur, and former elite athlete dedicated to advancing women’s wrestling and strengthening opportunities for the next generation. As CEO of Wrestle Like A Girl, she played a pivotal role in securing NCAA Championship status for women’s wrestling.

A former world-class competitor and U.S. Army veteran, Sally spent eight years as a resident athlete at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center. She became a three-time National Champion, World Cup Champion, two-time World Bronze Medalist, and Olympic Alternate. She later served in the U.S. Army, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan, and competed in the Army’s World Class Athlete Program.

Sally has worked alongside the NCAA, USA Wrestling, and policymakers to advance institutional recognition and build pathways for female athletes from the grassroots to collegiate and Olympic competition.

Her honors include United World Wrestling’s 2016 Women in Sport Award and USA Wrestling’s 2018 Woman of the Year. Sally holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a master’s degree in sport and performance psychology from the University of the Rockies.

Chase Rowan is a Texas native, Army Ranger veteran, and advocate with a background in leadership, project management, and service.

Born in Victoria, Texas, and raised in Grapevine, Chase attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University from 2001–2003, studying to become a commercial airline pilot. He left college to join the Army and served three years with the 3rd Ranger Battalion, including a deployment to Northern Iraq in 2005. A severe traumatic brain injury from an airborne accident ultimately ended his military career.

After leaving the Army, Chase spent 17 years in the construction industry as a Land Development Project Manager, managing large-scale projects and working with contractors, developers, and communities throughout Texas.

Chase’s own experience with opioid addiction and recovery led him to ibogaine in 2023, an experience he credits with saving his life. That experience eventually led him into advocacy work with Texans for Greater Mental Health and Americans for Ibogaine, where he has worked to advance ibogaine research and bring greater attention to the challenges facing veterans and others struggling with addiction and trauma.

Today, Chase brings his experience in business, military service, advocacy, and community leadership to his work with CallSign Mobile. He lives in Fort Worth with his wife and their two children.

Kelsi Sheren is a Canadian veteran, entrepreneur, coach, and acclaimed author of Brass & Unity: One Woman’s Journey Through the Hell of Afghanistan and Back. She served as an artillery gunner and female searcher during a deployment to Afghanistan.

After confronting PTSD and traumatic brain injury following her deployment, Kelsi founded Brass & Unity, transforming spent bullet casings into jewelry and eyewear while donating 20 percent of net profits to organizations supporting veterans’ mental health.

Her journey also inspired The Kelsi Sheren Perspective, where she explores resilience and global issues. A former national champion in Taekwondo, Kelsi now works as a psychedelic integration coach, somatic breathwork practitioner, performance coach, and executive coach.

Kelsi is a prominent keynote speaker whose appearances include Harvard and TEDx. Her advocacy and partnerships continue to advance veteran well-being in Canada and the United States.
